what to expect
No two days look exactly the same, but here's the rhythm your child will settle into.
A quick catch-up so we know how your child's morning has gone before the day begins.
Carpet time and EYFS activities, with small-group work on early literacy and maths.
Children refuel together, chatting with friends and staff over a freshly prepared meal.
Rest or calm activities such as stories, puzzles and drawing.
Nursery rhymes for language development, then energy out in our garden.
A home-made tea of sandwiches and fresh fruit.
Children choose how to spend their last hour: a story, a game or a quiet chat before home time.
Feeding, sleeping and activity updates land on your phone in real time, so you're never wondering how the day is going.
starting at twinnie
Every child is different, so we don't rush this part. Settling-in sessions ease your child into nursery life before their first full day.
You're welcome to stay with your child during their early sessions while they get to know the room and their new friends.
Your child's keyworker takes the time to learn their routines, preferences and personality before you leave them for a full day.
Informal chats at pick-up and written observations on the app keep you close to what's happening, from day one.
our team
Every child has a named keyworker who gets to know them properly, not a rotating cast of staff. Our Early Learners sessions run in small groups of 3 to 5 children, so no one gets lost in the crowd.
our programmes
Children under two have unique needs, and we keep you fully informed through our secure nursery app.
As your child nears school age, they join our Early Learners group, focusing on school readiness through small group activities.
healthy eating
We follow the “Eatwell” guide to ensure every meal is balanced and nutritious. All food is freshly prepared on site by our catering team, using wholemeal or granary bread and fresh fruit daily.
Meals include the right mix of protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals to support healthy growth, and children are offered only water or milk at mealtimes.
